Client Responsibility for Service Selection
Clients are responsible for booking all services necessary to complete their desired appointment.
If you are unsure which service to book, please contact MT Nail Studio before your appointment and we will gladly assist you.
Failure to book required services may result in additional charges, service modifications, or rescheduling.
MT Nail Studio cannot guarantee accommodation of services that were not booked due to scheduling and staffing limitations.
Clients arriving with existing gel polish, acrylic, dip powder, builder gel, hard gel, Gel-X, or any enhancement applied by another salon must book the appropriate removal service unless otherwise instructed by MT Nail Studio.
Additional services such as removals, repairs, French designs, specialty nail art, extra length, reshaping, extension services, foreign work corrections, and add-ons must be disclosed when booking.
If insufficient time is available to safely perform all requested services, MT Nail Studio reserves the right to decline additional work, modify the service, or reschedule the appointment.
The salon is not responsible for misunderstandings regarding services that were not booked, requested, or communicated prior to or during the appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.
MT Nail Studio reserves the right to require future appointments to be secured by a card after repeated late cancellations or no-shows.

Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or refusal of future appointments.
MT Nail Studio reserves the right to decline future services to clients with excessive cancellations or no-show history.

Clients are encouraged to communicate any concerns during the service so adjustments can be made immediately.
Technicians may periodically confirm shape, length, color, design, and overall satisfaction throughout the appointment.
Clients are responsible for reviewing their nails before checkout.
Any concerns regarding shape, length, color, design, or overall appearance should be communicated before payment is completed.
Once the service has been approved by the client and payment has been processed, the service is considered accepted.
Requests for changes after leaving the salon may be treated as a new service and may incur additional charges.

Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of the original appointment for issues directly related to workmanship, including lifting, chipping, or breakage resulting from product application.
Repairs requested after 7 days may be subject to standard service fees.
Repairs do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper aftercare, picking, biting, excessive force, chemical exposure, occupation-related wear, or normal wear and tear.
MT Nail Studio reserves the sole right to determine whether a repair qualifies under this policy.

All services are final sale.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, concerns should be brought to management's attention before leaving the salon whenever possible.
MT Nail Studio may offer a repair, adjustment, or alternative resolution at its sole discretion.

MT Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents with a contagious condition, open wounds, fungal infections, or any condition that may compromise health and safety.

MT Nail Studio is not liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or medications.

Service longevity varies based on nail condition, lifestyle, occupation, aftercare, body chemistry, and other factors outside of MT Nail Studio's control.
MT Nail Studio does not guarantee a specific wear period for any service.
We are not responsible for pre-existing nail damage, weakness, peeling, splitting, or breakage.
Certain services require nail preparation, including filing, buffing, trimming, cuticle work, and surface refinement to promote product adhesion.
Natural nail growth, lifting, and wear are normal occurrences and do not necessarily indicate improper application.

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
A 3% credit card processing fee applies to all card transactions.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all services and retail purchases.
Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve concerns directly with MT Nail Studio may result in collection efforts, booking restrictions, and denial of future services.

MT Nail Studio may photograph completed work for quality control, training, marketing, or social media purposes.
Clients who do not wish to have their nails photographed must notify staff before the service begins.

MT Nail Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

For safety reasons, only clients receiving services may be seated at technician workstations.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Unattended children or disruptive guests may result in service interruption, cancellation, or rescheduling.

MT Nail Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to:
Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior.
Harassment of staff or other clients.
Failure to comply with salon policies.
Health and safety concerns.
Repeated no-shows or cancellations.
Requests that cannot be safely, legally, or professionally performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MT Nail Studio shall not be liable for allergic reactions, injuries, damages, losses, or dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, medications, or sensitivities.
MT Nail Studio shall not be liable for normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper aftercare, or client negligence.
Any liability arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
